Payment Options

Rite Environmental monthly payment options and auto payments are invoiced or billed on the first of the month for the previous month’s service. Annually paid accounts are prorated for remaining months of the year. Bi-annually paid accounts are prorated from January 1st and July 1st.

Due Dates and Late Fees

All invoices are due by the 20th of the month or subject to a 1.5% monthly late fee, 18% annually. Accounts running delinquent past 2 months will have service stopped until account is paid.

Cancellation of Services and Refund Policy

At Rite Environmental Inc., we strive to keep our customers satisfied and to provide quality environmental services. If there is a problem with your service, we are happy to work with you to resolve the situation. However, we realize there are times when you may need or want to cancel our services. While we are sad to have you leave us, we want to make the cancelling of services as easy as possible. To cancel recycling services to your home or business, please call Rite Environmental Inc. at 319-429-1500 or e-mail [email protected]. When calling or e-mailing please provide your full name, address, and phone number.

Once your information has been received in our office, we will prepare a final invoice for any outstanding services which have been provided and send that to you promptly. If you have pre-paid for any of our services and are canceling those services before the end of the pre-paid term, we will issue a refund check for the amount of unused pre-paid services within 14 business days.
